My sense of anger and at the unfair treatment of Renew Insurance is growing, one of the directors of the parent company Hastings Direct contacted me to discuss my issues about Renew Insurance which I detailed here – Renew insurance.
It seemed at first that the director was sincere as he left an answerphone message telling me he wanted to resolve my issues, I called him back a number of times but never got to speak to him and he never returned my calls.
This just compounded my frustration and then listening to the phone message he left first time round I realised he was a director at the parent company Hastings Direct so that is my next port of call for a blog. I think that there seems to be a general practice like this amongst insurance companies as since this event I have had two further experiences that have made me question the industry.
These experiences centre on the practice of getting insurance online at a cheap price only to have it compromised through administration, it seems that maybe there is some centralised practice that puts the consumer at risk so I am going to consider talking to my local MP who has recently been in touch with me in relation to other issues.
I am now very unhappy with the growing disharmony with this insurance company and other insurance companies.
