High Position rebrand to The HP Group

After winning the largest contract in their 10 year history High Position have simultaneously rebranded and are now called The HP Group to more effectively cover their search marketing verticals of SEO, PPC and Website Design.

The rebrand was planned and implemented due to the nature of the client acquisition, there is a huge increase in the PPC side of the business and the revenue here could quickly reach a spend of £1m per month. To ensure that we could meet the demands of this contract and other escalating PPC contracts High Position has divided the company structure into verticals. This means that under the umberella of HP Group there is now HP PPC and HP SEO, the design side of the business is also growing rapidly and so this is now branded as HP Design.

The office move has just been completed and the prestigious new location is Suite 1, The Centre, The Crescent, Severalls Business Park, CO4 9QQ.

The new office complex is a fantastic environment, the facilities for staff are just brilliant with better access and parking too. The move itself was a lot of fun and everybody helped with everything from moving desks to hoovering up the carpets.

Well the move had much huffing and puffing as can be seen above but it was well worth it, the team spirit was simply fantastic, as you can see below there was chaos as van after van turned up with all our worldly goods.

Of course at the end of the High Position move the hard working staff need to be refreshed ready for connecting the networks, High Position to The HP Group – the transition from office to office took just 3 hours.

Of course now the rebrand is complete we are having to remember to answer the phones as HP Group and invoice and order etc… it will take time with many instances of ‘Hello High Pos oops Hello HP Group’

Perhaps the biggest hurdle is the abject failure of BT to do anything right, despite 6 weeks of planning BT still managed to mess up the phones, the Internet capability, miss deadlines, not turn up, how can they ever be entrusted to control the communications of any business is beyond me.

The High Position to HP Group transformation went perfectly in every area apart from anything that involved BT, they truly are a disgrace to business.

On a good note we managed to piggy back our internet from some very nice people next door and we have diverted the phone line to mobiles, each and every hurdle has been met with ingenuity and dedication from all the employees at High Position… err sorry The HP Group.
