Of course I already knew this would be the case, the feedback on the blog highlights a pattern of lack of duty as well as a disgraceful and arrogant attitude towards the public. Essex policeВ now have the highest acceleration in complaints for any police force in the country – up a staggering 34% when the national average is just 8%.
Predictably the response was arrogant, the statement says that the complaints show how well the system is working and merely reflects that Essex police have made it easier to complain!

Capstone Ripoff – Im Still Waiting
I am still awaiting my promised call back from Capstone Mortgages, they said I would get a call in 48 hours and now we are up to 96 hours!!
I cannot believe they are hedging this, I will give it another 48 hours and then instruct solicitors and maybe even look at compensation for the harrassment. I have had a number of posts from people all complaining about Capstone so once I get established at the top of search I expect to get a steady stream of Capstone criticism.

UPDATE 12/01/2010
I am getting a letter a week at the moment from Capstone Mortgage Services telling me that they are charging me for my arrears. My insurance company have told me in writing that they faxed this years insurance documents directly to Capstone and yet Capstone have still forced me to have their Insurnace product.
The Ombudsman is weak and inept and companies such as Capstone are able to play on this, Capstone Mortgage Services will not be getting this money and I am now talking to a solicitor to see what my options are for sueing them direct.

Heart Colchester – Jamie Guy Interview
Heart Colchester just did an interview with me to discuss the Colchester United footballer Jamie Guy who has just been fined for domestic abuse against his girlfriend. the interview focussed on the paltry penalty the court levied against this individual who has plenty of other offences to his name.
The fine is a paltry ВЈ350 and acts as no deterrent to Jamie Guy or anyone else of a similar ilk and there are plenty of them. He must of left court grinning that whilst he is a third rate striker on the football field he finally managed to hit the back of the net with this one.

Just Back from Honeymoon – Shaun Parker
My Honeymoon, SEO, Tim Newcomb and Essex Police plus how to use SEO for justice by proxy – this will form a much bigger article.
Well just back to work after my short honeymoon break, the wedding was fantastic and flowed without the slightest hitch.
We are away on our proper honeymoon in May and so went to a 14c cottage in Herefordshire, it was lovely although I had a nightmare on the last night. I dreamt that a dark shadow was pulling my covers off and I couldn’t move my arms, I awoke with a start and the next day the owners told us the cottage was really haunted!!!
