Childrens Toys
The experiment for the childrens toys website has recovered somewhat with the site returning back from page 10 to the top of page 2 and into position 11 for its childrens toys search term.
Analysis showed me that somebody had placed some heavy sitewide links to the website and I think that the influx of these links destabilised the website and there was a loss of trust. That lasted for 3 weeks and now the site is back but just off the pace.

The power of SEO
Well its now a couple of weeks since I last posted on SEO related matters but in that time I have been pretty busy with other subjects and much of it is related to Tim Newcomb of course. That said I have used some SEO expertise to push the bad PR on both him and the Essex police force and rightly so.
The problem I had is that the listings kept oming and going and of course this is related to the Google rollback periods that seem to be implemented, this is where the database seems to offer results based on dated information which of course can undermine new campaigns.

Douglas Carswell
Well today I went with Catherine to see Douglas Carswell to discuss the problems we have had with Essex Police and Tim Newcomb in relation to the violent assaults on our daughter.
I was very suprised by his approach and I listened intently to his views on the subject, Douglas also listened to what we had to say, I was very encouraged by his support and expect him to follow his promises through because he was very sincere.

Debates on Domestic Violence
There are a number of interesting debates engaging the subject of domestic violence and the apathy by the police and the justice system towards violence against women.
The subject is getting well aired at the moment and I will continue to agitate it as long as I can whilst the new Domestic Violence website is getting established. Catherine is running the admin and the content and we intend to spend the next few months and years if thats what it takes getting the site established so it can highlight the woeful response and attitude shown by the police.

Tim Newcomb – Colchester Police
TIM NEWCOMB
Of course we now know much more in relation to the actions of Tim Newcomb.
His stance so far has been mute but I am sure we will get something from him or Essex Police once my complaint hits the ground. The complaint will cover three different aspects including the failure of the 999 service and the response times (5 hours and 6 days), the so called investigation into this has either not been activated or is not for giving us any answers as we currently have had no feedback at all.
