i was reading shaun parkers colomn about chris corke and the barn brasserie, and this has interested me very much.
i am also a past employer, i was there for only 2 months until i realised how bad the place was, i have since worked at 3 very good local restaurants and just been working in london for a well known chef, and i gained alot of experience and knowledge.
i am know back in the area and am a head chef, its going very well but it could have gone wrong when i went to the barn brasserie and if you look at my cv, the barn looks out of place but i was young and thought it would have been a good place to work.
anyway, please contact me, it would be good to hear from someone else who has clearly had bad experiences, and i would also like you to come to my restaurant and hopefully you will enjoy it,
