I am still awaiting my promised call back from Capstone Mortgages, they said I would get a call in 48 hours and now we are up to 96 hours!!
I cannot believe they are hedging this, I will give it another 48 hours and then instruct solicitors and maybe even look at compensation for the harrassment. I have had a number of posts from people all complaining about Capstone so once I get established at the top of search I expect to get a steady stream of Capstone criticism.

I am so disgusted with the underhanded methods that capstone mortgages use, to part us from our hard earned moneys.
My daughter has tried to set up a direct debit with capstone, but they keep denying receiving the paper work to set up an account to pay the mortgage. My daughter has tried and tried to resolve this issue by phoning capstone, this is resulting in lengthy phone calls to find out why they have not set up the mandate. These calls leaves her frustrated as they talk down to her and over talk her. They deny receiving the paper work to set up an account, and this is resulting in £85 for late payment fee’s each month.
I have read through the comment’s which have been posted by people who have mortgages with capstone.
I am amazed that these bodies supposedly set up to help protect us are not being effective!
Please will you contact me, and let me know what avenues you have tried and problems you have encountered in trying to get justice againts these cowboys?!
